Jason Griffin is a professional Strength and Conditioning Sports Performance Specialist; with 12 years of training high school, college and professional athletes. He’s been the Strength and Conditioning coach for teams such as the Chicago White Sox, Baltimore Orioles, New York Mets, Las Vegas Raiders and the NBA Summer League. He received his Master of Science from Louisiana State University and his Bachelor of Science from Southern A&M University.
