Miranda Glory Inzunza, better known now as Miranda Glory, is an American singer, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter originally from Santa Barbara, USA.
Miranda spent most of her childhood in New York and the Midwest. Her love for music came when she was about 5 years old. It all started with simple piano lessons. Eventually, her passion for music forced Miranda to learn to play the guitar, ukulele, and even drums. Every year her musical abilities went to a completely different level, and eventually, she decided that it’s time to make her own music.
Miranda was inspired by musicians from all over the world and with completely different genres. Perhaps this allowed her to grow into a multi-instrumentalist and create songs with an unusual combination of genres. Her desire for music helped her complete the School of Professional Performing Arts in New York. Among the people who studied there are celebrities such as Britney Spears and Alicia Keys. After graduating from New York, she entered the prestigious Berkeley College of Music, which she graduated in early 2016. Miranda's first significant solo success came when she was chosen to record a vinyl LP in Spain.
Despite everything, Miranda continued to create music and post it on the Internet. Sometime later, at the end of 2016, when her music was noticed and invited to Songwriting Retreat, which finally took her a step higher. This allowed her to demonstrate the abilities she had been training for years and to establish herself as a songwriter. After that, her life took a turn. She was constantly moving between cities, writing with well-known producers and songwriters. Among them were Sheppard Solomon (who wrote songs for Enrique Iglesias, Britney Spears, Wonderland, etc.), Autumn Rocher (Cher Lloyd, Little Miх, Zendaya), and others. The main inspirations for writing songs were ordinary everyday situations, hard times, love, etc.
As time changed, so did the style of her music. The primary genre of her songs remains R&B and Soul. If at the beginning of her career the musical accompaniment was almost purely relaxing, over time electronic music began to enter the mix, which added a unique vibe to the songs, with the help of which they remain in the head long after listening to them.
In 2017, the song Blue Eyes (along with Mattie Owens) was released, which perfectly represented an unusual combination of R&B, soul, and electronics. In the same year, Miranda released the song “Take“, which supported her new style.
The songs gained popularity, and with this, Miranda quickly began to attract the attention of the media and music labels. At the end of 2017, another song called "Instant Gratification" was released, which allowed her to sign a contract with Selected / Sony Music Germany & Ultra Music U.S.
The signing of the contract expanded her opportunities, especially in terms of collaborations with other performers. It is from 2018 that you can see an even more significant presence of electronics in Miranda's songs. This style, many remixes of her popular hits, and collaborations with famous DJs have created a number of pieces that can now be heard in clubs around the world.
As for today, Miranda continues to improve her music. Despite the constant changes in the industry, she continues to bring Soul music to the general public, not forgetting the periodic change of genre.
In June 2020, she released the single "Lost Cause", which continues to showcase her talent as an artist, musician, and songwriter.
