Cameron Ford is better known by the pseudonym KingCamRoyalty - an American professional esports player who plays mainly in the NBA2K series of games. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on January 12, 1998. From childhood, Cameron was not a very noisy child.

He remained quiet, but just loved what he was doing. Over time, his attention was drawn to the NBA2K video game, which will one day give him a new life. In addition to the game, Cameron also liked real basketball. Probably this is what allowed to draw the guy's attention to the game. One of the boy's favorite players was LeBron James, who, like Cameron himself, was born in Ohio.

Years passed and he continued to play in the NBA2K. New and new parts came out, and with each new Cameron became better in the game. Later, the boy entered the University of Akron, where he studied in the specialty "financial planning specialist". While training was successful, Cameron was given an incredible opportunity.

In 2018, he was selected for the big e-sports tournament "NBA2K League'', in which he decided to take part. The selection was much more difficult than he could have imagined. Of the 250 people needed, 72,000 applied. Such competition did not frighten Cameron, but became a huge motivational aspect, and forced him to show everything he is capable of. The selection took place in several stages, in each of which the players who did not cope with the task were eliminated, but only the stronger ones remained. Such stages included conducting many games based on the results and statistics of which decided whether the player was suitable, as well as conducting personal interviews, which asked questions about basketball in general and the personal qualities of each. Even though Cameron did not have a professional esports past, he managed to go through all the stages and join the professional team of Magic Gaming.

He entered the professional scene under the pseudonym KingCamRoyalty, which well described the abilities and aspirations of the player. From the very beginning, one thing could be noticed behind the team: unlike other teams that like to shout or declare their ambitions too loudly, the players of the Magic Gaming team were quite quiet and calm. They did not waste time declaring themselves out loud but did everything to show it in practice.

The 2018 NBA2K League season officially started on May 1 and ended on August 25. Although KingCamRoyalty was selected in the last sixth round of the draft, he knew that he could show a decent game in any match in which he participated. At the beginning of the season, Magic Gaming opened quite unsuccessfully, and KingCamRoyalty took part in only one match, but later the situation changed. In the third week, he got into the starting lineup in place of power forward, and starting from the third week, people saw the real potential of the team. In addition to KingCamRoyalty, the team also included Kontrul, UCMANNY, SUPREME PULLER, NachoTraynor, and MARLEY213s.

Although the team did not manage to get into the postseason, in the second half of the tournament they showed an extremely decent game. The results of KingCamRoyalty itself came as a surprise to some and an expected confirmation of his abilities for others. According to the results of the season, his average PPG was 14.2, BPG - 1.5, and RPG as much as 8.5, which is the first result in his team.
In addition to his obvious passion for basketball, one of his favorite hobbies at the moment is making music. He writes and reads rap, which can be found on various music platforms.

In 2019, Woon was re-selected to participate in the NBA2K League as C (central player), whereas always he showed a decent result. Looking at how he copes with the university, esports career, and the development of his music at the same time, there is no doubt about the success of this guy.

To date, KingCamRoyalty continues to play in the NBA 2K and work on new music. Although he fell off the radar for a while, we should not forget about him. Very soon he will make himself known as an e-athlete or rapper. At any time you can hear his songs on both Spotify and SoundCloud.
